Ως βοηθός κουζίνας, θα έχεις πολλά να κάνεις και δε θα βαρεθείς ποτέ. Η δουλειά αυτή περιλαμβάνει πολλά καθήκοντα και αποτελεί μια θέση εργασίας στην οποία μπορείς να πας για πρακτική είτε σε εταιρεία catering ή σε εστιατόρια και ξενοδοχεία, αποκτώντας πολύτιμη εμπειρία σε συνδυασμό με την εκπαίδευση και τηρώντας τους κανόνες υγιεινής.

Μισθός: Ανάλογα με την εμπειρία και το ωράριο, ο μέσος όρος είναι 600-700€ μηνιαίως.

Ωράρια: Συνήθως 8ωρο για πλήρη απασχόληση, 4ωρο ή 5ωρο για μερική απασχόληση.

Καθήκοντα

Τα βασικά καθήκοντα αφορούν την υγιεινή της κουζίνας ώστε να αποτελεί ασφαλές περιβάλλον για την προετοιμασία γευμάτων:

• Οργάνωση των αποθηκών

• Πακετάρισμα φαγητών προς αποστολή

• Πλύσιμο πιάτων, μαγειρικών σκευών και σερβιτσίων και εξασφάλιση έγκαιρης χρήσης τους

• Απολύμανση και καθαριότητα πάγκων εργασίας, συσκευών, δαπέδων και τοίχων

• Σωστή αποθήκευση εξοπλισμού κουζίνας

• Ανακύκλωση και διαχείριση απορριμμάτων

• Προετοιμασία γευμάτων

Με λίγα λόγια έχεις την αρμοδιότητα να διαχειρίζεσαι κουζίνες κάτω από δύσκολες συνθήκες και να διατηρείς το περιβάλλον καθαρό.

**Δεξιότητες **

Όπως προαναφέρθηκε, θα εργαστείς σε κουζίνες με πολύ γρήγορους ρυθμούς και υπό πίεση. Όχι μόνο θα θέσεις σε εφαρμογή τις γνώσεις σου, αλλά θα μάθεις να σκέφτεσαι γρήγορα και να αναλαμβάνεις πρωτοβουλίες. Η παρατηρητικότητα είναι απαραίτητο προσόν ώστε να κάνεις τη δουλειά σου και θα πρέπει να παραμένεις ψύχραιμος και πρόθυμος να εκτελέσεις εντολές. Καλό είναι να είσαι σε καλή σωματική και ψυχολογική κατάσταση και να έχεις θετική ενέργεια.

Η θέση του βοηθού κουζίνας είναι μία από τις δουλειές που θα κάνεις μέχρι να γίνεις σεφ. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι θα πρέπει να σπουδάσεις στον τομέα της εστίασης σε ΙΕΚ και Επαγγελματικές Σχολές. Επιπλέον, θα πρέπει να ασχοληθείς με τον τομέα της υγιεινής ώστε οι κουζίνες στις οποίες εργάζεσαι να τηρούν όλες τις προδιαγραφές. Για να εισαχθείς στις ανάλογες σχολές χρειάζεσαι απολυτήριο Λυκείου.

Talkback Dear Diary was an electronic diary that was targeted towards young girls. The diary could instantly record and playback your voice. You could say whatever you wanted and it would play back. The voice recognition diary was used to protect a person’s secrets from other people.

There were many different functions including, a daily diary, phone numbers, shopping list, calculator, horoscope, homework, secrets and much more. The diary had a keyboard with a screen above it so you could see what you were typing. It would also repeat back to you what you say to it.

The Talkback Dear Diary was created in response to the Talkboy. The Talkboy was a cassette player and voice recorder. It was made famous as a prop used in the hit movie series, Home Alone in 1992.

The Talkback Dear Diary was one of the first electronic diaries that were sold in the 1990’s. Many imitations were created shortly after. They became such a hit because they were password protected, so the users secrets were safe!
